Assisted teaching of first year course on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Covered topics such as questionnaires, focus groups, ethnography, interview skills, excel, graphs and data analysis. Dealt with questions from students, prompted and steered group discussions, assisted with the smooth running of multiple practical workshops. Handled marking responsibilities for coursework.

Responsible for on/off line working environment: reformatted and reorganised (in MS Word & Excel) timesheets, budget reports, schedules, expense reports, CV databases and invoices, analysed and inputted electronic financial records for the company, investigated funding proposals, sought gaps in physical records, set-up office LAN, created data-backups.

First point of contact for customers’ live music experience: as part of team ensured the safety and wellbeing of gig-goers, provided information about the venue’s programme and layout in a friendly and chatty manner, promoted the facilities within the venue and handled complaints, mishaps and inquiries.
